Innovators Facade Systems Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

Infomerics has reaffirmed the company’s credit ratings, assigning a long-term rating of IVR BBB with a positive outlook, upgraded from stable, and reaffirmed the short-term rating at IVR A3+. The company’s total bank facilities amount to Rs. 249.43 Cr, including Rs. 59.43 Cr in long-term loans and Rs. 190 Cr in short-term limits.

This rating upgrade reflects improved operational and financial performance, enhancing the company’s credit profile and lender confidence.
