Aadi Industries Limited has announced the resignation of Ms. Hiral Yash Shah from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer due to personal reasons.

The Managing Director, Mr. Rushabh Shah, has been re-designated as the Compliance Officer until a new Company Secretary is appointed.
