Company Update

Clinitech Laboratory Limited has announced a board meeting on which the Board noted the resignation of Mr. Bharat Kumar Bohra as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and appointed Ms. Shruti Hemant Patankar to the role.

The Board also approved a term loan of INR 20 lakhs from Bank of Baroda.

Ms. Patankar brings nearly two years of experience in corporate governance and compliance with listed company regulations, supporting the company’s adherence to governance standards.

The loan will provide additional financial flexibility for the company’s operations.
