Dynavision has announced a board meeting to approve key appointments in its material subsidiary, Dynavision Green Solutions Limited.

M/s Pavani Kota & Co, with over 13 years of audit experience, has been appointed as the new Statutory Auditor to fill a casual vacancy.

Additionally, Mrs. Srividhya Narasimhan, a practicing Company Secretary with a decade of expertise in secretarial and legal compliance, has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term.

These appointments ensure continuity in audit and compliance functions, strengthening governance in the subsidiary.
