Sunrise Efficient Marketing Limited has announced a board meeting on which approved the resignation of Mr. Lejas Hemantrai Desai as Compliance Officer and the appointment of Mrs. Shivani Parth Kothari as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

Mrs. Kothari is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with a Commerce degree and strong knowledge of corporate laws.

This change strengthens the company’s compliance framework and governance, important for maintaining regulatory adherence and investor confidence.
