Promoter Himanshu B. Kanakia has released a pledge on 7.04 lakh shares (2.05% of total share capital) of Cineline India Limited.

These shares were previously pledged with Axis Trustee Service Limited as collateral security.

Post-release, 2.56 lakh shares (0.75%) remain pledged.

This reduction in pledged shares may indicate improved financial flexibility for the promoter.
