Croissance Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Mahender Singh from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer due to personal reasons.

Until a new Company Secretary is appointed, Mr. Amaresh Rao Gaikward, Whole-time Director, will handle compliance responsibilities.
