Remus Pharmaceuticals has announced a board meeting to approve the incorporation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Espee Global Clinical Trial Services Pvt. Ltd., focused on clinical trial material management and related services.

The subsidiary will address growing demand for compliant clinical trial support in India and globally.

The initial investment will be ₹6.8 lakh for a 68% stake, with Remus as the holding company.

This move signals strategic expansion into clinical trial services to diversify and enhance the company’s pharma-related offerings.
