Company Update

Jay Kailash Namkeen Limited has announced a board meeting outcome including the appointment of Mr. Hasmukhrai Bhagdev as an Additional Non-Executive Director, bringing over 40 years of experience in logistics and transportation and having family ties with the Managing and Whole Time Directors.

Mr. Kalpesh Harishbhai Palan has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive & Independent Director, with a background in hotel, construction, and service sectors.

The company also accepted the resignation of Mr. Ashok Dipachandbhai Ghiya from the board.

Additionally, the registered office has been shifted within Rajkot to a rented premises on Vivekanand Main Road.

These changes strengthen the board with relevant expertise and relocate the office for operational reasons.
