JAY KAILASH NAMKEEN LIMITED's board has strengthened its leadership and oversight.

The company appointed Sanjay Chandrakant Rao, an international business expert, as an Additional Non-Executive Director.

Vipin Vishvanath Agrawal, a Chartered Accountant with finance and compliance expertise, and Satnam Singh Chandok, a food and snack product development specialist, were appointed as Additional Independent Directors.

These additions bring diverse strategic guidance.

The board also appointed M/s. MRB & Associates as Statutory Auditors until the upcoming Annual General Meeting and M/s Mamta Binani & Associates as Secretarial Auditor.

This enhances corporate governance and operational expertise.
