Vipin Vishvanath Agrawal, a Chartered Accountant, and Satnam Singh Chandok, experienced in the food and snack product industry, were appointed as Additional Independent Directors.

The company also appointed M/s. MRB & Associates as its Statutory Auditors for five years and M/s Mamta Binani & Associates as Secretarial Auditors, strengthening its compliance and governance frameworks.
