Company Update

Omkar Pharmachem has announced a board meeting on which approved the appointment of Mrs. Surjeet Kaur as an Additional Director and Non-Executive Woman Independent Director for five years, subject to shareholders’ approval.

This appointment fills the vacancy created by the completion of Mrs. Mamta Pachauri’s two consecutive five-year terms as Woman Independent Director.

Following these changes, the company has reconstituted its Audit, Stakeholders Relationship, and Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

Mrs. Surjeet Kaur brings extensive experience in strategic business management across HR, marketing, and operations.
