Expo Gas Containers Limited has announced a board meeting agenda that included three key resolutions approved by shareholders through remote e-voting and e-voting during an Extra Ordinary General Meeting held via video conferencing.

The company will change its name to Expo Engineering and Projects Limited, updating its Memorandum and Articles of Association accordingly.

It also approved issuing convertible warrants on a preferential basis to promoters and selected non-promoter entities.

Additionally, the remuneration of Managing Director Hasanain S. Mewawala was increased from ₹12 Lacs to ₹30 Lacs per annum, inclusive of perquisites, for the remainder of his tenure.

All resolutions passed with an overwhelming majority.
