Expo Gas Containers Limited has announced a board meeting on the approval of three special resolutions passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held via video conferencing.

Shareholders approved the issuance of convertible warrants on a preferential basis to promoters and certain non-promoters, an official change of company name to Expo Engineering and Projects Limited, and an increase in Managing Director Hasanain S. Mewawala’s remuneration from Rs. 12 Lacs to Rs. 30 Lacs per annum with all-inclusive perks for the remainder of his tenure.

All resolutions secured over 99.9% shareholder approval through e-voting.
