Shikhar Leasing and Trading Limited has announced the proceedings of its 41st Annual General Meeting held at its registered office.

The meeting, chaired by Mr. Vipul Popatlal Chheda, saw the presence of all Directors and key committee chairpersons, along with the statutory and secretarial auditors.

Shareholders approved the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, reappointed Mrs. Julie Mehul Shah as director, and appointed M/s D. Kothari and Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting FY 2025-26. Voting was conducted both electronically and by ballot, with results to be declared shortly.
