Archit Organosys Limited has announced a board meeting to appoint Mr. Anilbhai Patel as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective 1st July, succeeding Mr. Ajay Punamchand Patel, who resigned due to professional commitments and changes in his role within the group.

Mr. Anilbhai Patel holds a Master’s in Commerce and has over 15 years of finance and accounts experience with the company.

This leadership change in the finance function is important for continuity in financial management and operational oversight.
