MosChip Technologies has announced a board meeting on July 20, 2025, to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

For FY25, consolidated total income grew to ₹470.81 Cr from ₹297.15 Cr a year ago.

Profit before tax surged to ₹33.65 Cr, nearly tripling, with net profit after tax at ₹33.46 Cr versus ₹9.88 Cr previously.

Standalone revenue rose to ₹391.31 Cr from ₹226.05 Cr, with net profit at ₹29.22 Cr versus ₹6.22 Cr.

The company is progressing with a scheme to amalgamate its wholly owned subsidiaries Softnautics Inc. and Softnautics Pvt Ltd into MosChip.
