Cian Healthcare Limited, currently under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), has announced a board meeting update following the Committee of Creditors’ approval of a resolution plan.

The matter was recently heard by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench-VI, with the next hearing for final approval scheduled soon.
