CLN Energy has announced a board meeting and appointed M/s DGMS & Co. as its Statutory Auditor for a five-year term and M/s SAH & Co. as its Cost Auditor for FY 2025-26. DGMS & Co., a Mumbai-based Chartered Accountant firm, is re-appointed to comply with regulatory requirements, while SAH & Co., a Uttar Pradesh-based firm, will handle cost audit functions.

These appointments ensure continued compliance and strengthen the company’s financial oversight.
