Bonus

VRL Logistics has announced a board meeting on which approved a 1:1 bonus issue—1 new equity share for every 1 existing share—to shareholders on the record date (to be announced). The bonus shares will be issued by capitalizing free reserves, doubling the paid-up share capital from ₹8746.85 lakh to ₹17,493.70 lakh.

This move is likely aimed at rewarding shareholders and improving stock liquidity.

Bonus shares are expected to be credited on or before September 2, 2025.
