The company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Indus Shareshree Pvt. Ltd., confirmed the successful dematerialization and electronic handling of securities during the quarter.

All security certificates received were verified, mutilated, cancelled, and replaced with depository ownership within 15 days.

The dematerialized securities are listed on the stock exchanges where the original securities were listed, ensuring smooth record-keeping and investor transparency.
