CWD Limited has announced the allotment of 1,10,100 equity shares to non-promoter investors upon conversion of warrants at an issue price of Rs. 747 each.

The company received Rs. 6.17 Cr as the balance 75% payment for these shares, increasing the paid-up equity capital to Rs. 4.39 Cr across 43,89,443 shares.

This infusion strengthens the company’s equity base and reflects investor confidence, with all warrants now fully converted and no pending conversions.
