Adroit Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. has confirmed that all securities received for dematerialisation during the quarter have been processed—either accepted or rejected—and the corresponding securities are now listed on the relevant stock exchanges.

The physical certificates were mutilated and cancelled after verification, and the depositories’ names have been updated in the register of members within 15 days.

This ensures smooth handling of securities and maintains accuracy in ownership records, supporting seamless trading and investor confidence.
