Beryl Securities' members have approved a special resolution for a preferential issue of up to 12.96 lakh equity shares, priced at ₹23 each.

This fundraising initiative, totaling ₹2.98 crore, will be issued to promoter and non-promoter shareholders.

The proceeds are earmarked to strengthen the company's capital base, facilitating onward lending to micro, small, and medium enterprises, alongside fulfilling general working capital needs.
