Beryl Securities has updated its 32nd Annual General Meeting notice with a corrigendum.

This correction clarifies minor clerical errors in the pre-preferential issue shareholding percentages for certain proposed allottees.

The company plans a preferential issue of 1,295,635 equity shares at INR 23 each to raise approximately 2.98 Cr.

These funds are earmarked to boost the capital base by about 2.23 Cr and cover working capital needs with approximately 0.74 Cr.

The board views this equity raise as beneficial for the company and its shareholders.
