Purity Flexpack Limited has announced a certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited, confirming that all securities received for dematerialisation during the latest quarter were properly processed, accepted or rejected, and listed on stock exchanges where existing securities trade.

The related physical certificates were verified, mutilated, and cancelled, with ownership updated in the register accordingly.

This assures smooth handling of share dematerialisation, supporting efficient shareholder record maintenance and liquidity management for investors.
