Filmcity Media Limited has announced a certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd, confirming that all securities received for dematerialisation during the quarter were processed—accepted or rejected—and dematerialised shares have been listed on the relevant stock exchanges.

The certificate also states that physical security certificates have been verified, mutilated, and cancelled, with depositories recorded as the registered owners within required timelines.

This ensures smooth and compliant handling of the company’s shareholding records, supporting operational efficiency and shareholder transparency.
