Keltech Energies has announced a board meeting to appoint Mr. Satish Vasant Ghatge and Mr. Vasudev Narayan Tumbe as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Ghatge brings over 40 years of experience in logistics and auto dealerships with expertise in management software and business finance.

Mr. Tumbe has 37 years of finance experience, including senior roles at Mahindra & Mahindra and Ssangyong Motor Company, along with significant cross-border trade promotion experience.

Neither director is related to the existing board or key executives.
