Gujarat Inject Kerala Limited has announced a board meeting to appoint three new directors, subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Rushiraj Zaverbhai Patel and Mr. Nileshbhai V. Rangholiya join as Independent Directors for five years.

Mr. Dipak Diwan is appointed as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer for five years.

Rushiraj brings extensive experience in MSME growth and infrastructure project management, while Nileshbhai has expertise in cross-border trade, logistics, and ESG-driven sustainability.

These appointments aim to strengthen the company’s leadership with strategic and operational expertise, potentially supporting future growth and governance.
