H S India Limited has announced a certificate confirmation from Bigshare Services, its registrar and transfer agent, verifying all securities received for dematerialization up to the quarter ended June 30 have been properly processed, mutilated, cancelled, and updated in the shareholder register.

This ensures the seamless electronic holding of shares and confirms that the dematerialized securities are listed on the same stock exchange as the earlier issued physical shares.
