Prag Bosimi Synthetics has announced a certificate confirming the completion of share dematerialization activities for the quarter.

Out of 6,900 dematerialization requests received, 4,100 shares have been successfully dematerialized, with the corresponding physical share certificates cancelled and ownership records updated with depositories NSDL and CDSL.

Requests for 1,900 shares were rejected on technical grounds, and 900 shares remain under process.

This update ensures improved securities handling and reflects ongoing compliance and operational efficiency in managing shareholder records.
