Alna Trading and Exports Limited has announced a board meeting on which it appointed Ms. Mala Arun Todarwal as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.

Ms. Todarwal is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in audits, taxation, and governance advisory.

The company also appointed Mr. Hanuman Pandey, a Chartered Accountant with over 16 years of audit and risk management experience, as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2025–26. Additionally, Mr. Aftab Alam resigned as Independent Director due to personal reasons, effective immediately.

The board acknowledged his contributions during his tenure.
