Ashiana Ispat Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Apeksha Grover as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective from July 1, 2025. Ms. Grover brings over eight years of experience in corporate laws, regulatory compliance, and governance advisory, along with an MBA in Finance and a Commerce (Hons.) degree.

This strategic addition strengthens the company’s compliance and secretarial functions, supporting robust corporate governance and regulatory adherence.
