TAAL Enterprises Limited has announced a certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd., confirming that all securities received for dematerialisation during the quarter were processed and updated in the register within prescribed timelines.

The security certificates were verified, mutilated, and cancelled as required, and the depositories’ names have been recorded as the registered owners.

This ensures smooth handling of share dematerialisation, maintaining accurate shareholder records and supporting seamless trading on stock exchanges.
