Dhoot Industrial Finance has received a certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India, confirming that all securities submitted for dematerialisation during the quarter were processed—accepted or rejected—and the corresponding physical certificates were cancelled.

The dematerialised securities have been updated in the company’s register and listed on the stock exchanges where existing securities trade.

This ensures smooth electronic trading and accurate shareholder records, supporting operational efficiency and investor confidence.
