Archit Organosys Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company’s registrar and transfer agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited, confirmed that all securities received for dematerialisation during the quarter were processed and listed on stock exchanges where existing securities are traded.

Security certificates were verified, mutilated, and cancelled as required, with depository names updated in the register of members.
