Ashiana Housing has allotted 10,000 rated, unsecured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures worth INR 100 Cr to International Finance Corporation (IFC) via private placement.

These 7% debentures have a 20-year tenor with quarterly interest payments and will be listed on BSE.

This infusion strengthens the company’s long-term debt profile without diluting equity.
