M/s Bharat J Rughani & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, will replace the outgoing auditor to fill a casual vacancy.

Mr. Amrit Nirmal Chamaria has been appointed as Additional Director and Managing Director for five years, with a background in finance, sales, and product development within the Laxmi Group.

He is the brother of current Director Niraj Chamaria.
