Pro CLB Global Limited has announced a board meeting outcome correcting earlier clerical errors.

The company noted the resignations of Mrs. Deepika Rajput as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, M/s Ahuja Arun & Co. as Statutory Auditor, and Mr. Praveen Bhatia as Whole-Time Director.

Mrs. Nupur Soni has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

M/s Bharat J Rughani & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, has been appointed as the new Statutory Auditor.

Additionally, Mr. Amrit Nirmal Chamaria was appointed as an Additional Director and Managing Director, with remuneration fixed accordingly.
