M/s Bharat J Rughani & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, will replace the outgoing auditor to fill a casual vacancy.

Mr. Amrit Nirmal Chamaria has been appointed as Additional Director and Managing Director for five years, bringing extensive experience in sales, finance, and product development within the Laxmi Group.

He is the brother of current Director Niraj Chamaria.
