Tilak Ventures Limited has submitted a confirmation certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited, for the quarter ending June 30. The certificate confirms that all shares received for dematerialisation during the quarter were promptly processed, either accepted or rejected, and reported to the depositories.

The RTA also verified that the physical share certificates received were mutilated and cancelled, and that the names of depositories were updated in the company's register as registered owners within the required timeframe.

This ensures smooth and timely electronic processing of investor shares.
