Orbit Exports is acquiring a 26% stake in K&H Construction Private Limited, the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for a 2MW Solar Captive Generating Plant.

This strategic move, valued at up to Rs. 0.75 Cr, aims to develop a solar plant in South Gujarat.

The primary objective is to ensure captive consumption of power, leading to significant environmental and cost benefits for Orbit Exports.

This acquisition strengthens the company's operational efficiency by securing a sustainable and cost-effective energy source for its own use.
