Genus Power has issued a notice to shareholders regarding unclaimed dividends.

If dividends remain unpaid for seven consecutive years, the corresponding shares will be mandatorily transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority.

This impacts shareholders with individual unpaid dividends ranging from approximately Rs. 100 to Rs. 750 per year since FY 2017-18. Shareholders are advised to lodge their claims swiftly to prevent the transfer of their equity shares.

While shares can be reclaimed from IEPF later, prompt action is essential to maintain direct ownership.
