Jasch Industries has completed the email dispatch of its Annual Report and notice for the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be held virtually via Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means on Friday, August 22, 2025, at 10:00 hours.

Shareholders who didn't receive the email can access documents on the company or BSE websites.

Remote e-voting is available for eligible members as of the July 18, 2025, cut-off.

Voting opens on August 19, 2025, at 09:00 hours and closes on August 21, 2025, at 17:00 hours.

This ensures shareholders are informed about participating in the crucial annual meeting.
