Company Update

The company's Board has approved requests from Mr. Shripal Bafna, holding 15,34,000 shares (9.90%), and Mr. Sanjay Vardhan, holding 13,55,100 shares (8.74%), to reclassify them from the 'Promoter/Promoter Group' to the 'Public Category'. This reclassification is contingent on approvals from the stock exchange and the company's shareholders.

Both individuals confirmed they do not hold key managerial positions, are not on the Board, and do not participate in management.

This shift, once approved, will alter the company's shareholding structure by increasing the public float.
