Technichem Organics will convene its 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually on September 24, 2025, at 12:00 Noon.

Shareholders can exercise e-voting from September 21 to September 23, with September 17 as the record date for voting rights.

Separately, the board appointed M/s. Nishant Pandya & Associates as the Secretarial Auditors for FY2025-26. The board also approved M/s. B. K. Chavda & Co. as the new Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, replacing M/s. Devpura Navlakha & Co. This auditor change is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
