Technichem Organics has announced its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on September 24, 2026, at 12:00 PM IST via video conference.

Shareholders can access the Annual Report and AGM Notice on the company's website, CDSL, and BSE.

The company provides remote e-voting from September 21, 2026 (9:00 AM) to September 23, 2026 (5:00 PM), with September 17, 2026, as the cut-off date for voting eligibility.

E-voting will also be available during the AGM, but prior remote voters cannot re-vote, ensuring broad shareholder participation.
