Technichem Organics has announced the outcomes of its recent board meeting.

The company will hold its 30th Annual General Meeting via Video Conferencing, offering shareholders e-voting facilities for important decisions.

The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Asim Pandya as an Additional Independent Director for five years, pending shareholder approval.

This move strengthens the board, reflected in the immediate reconstitution of the Nomination & Remuneration and Stakeholders Relationship Committees, both now including Mr. Pandya.

Additionally, M/s. Kashyap R. Mehta & Partners have been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for the upcoming financial year, enhancing compliance oversight.
