The board also approved the appointment of M/s. Nishant Pandya & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for the financial year 2025-26. Furthermore, M/s. B. K. Chavda & Co. are proposed as the new Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, replacing the existing auditors, a move that requires shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
