Ms. Sweety Gupta has resigned as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer due to personal reasons.

To ensure ongoing regulatory compliance, the company stated that Managing Director Mr. Chellamani Pitchandi will temporarily take over as Compliance Officer.

This interim arrangement ensures that the company's governance and statutory obligations remain fully covered while they search for a new permanent Company Secretary.
